Shrink barrier bags

Shrink barrier bags ShrinkFRESH are designed for packaging of fresh meat, meat with bones, poultry, cheese and other products.
Packaging into shrink bags is one of the most effective packaging solutions. It helps to achieve long shelf-life of the product as well as the nice shelf appearance.
Shrink barrier bags – packaging solution, which ideally suits for packaging of products with not constant shape and sizes.
We use state of the art 9-layer coextrusion technology for the production of bags, which helps us to produce high quality product.
This product also available as a shrink tubing.
Shrink barrier film

Shrink barrier film FlowFRESH is designed for MAP and vacuum packaging of cheese, poultry and meat.
FlowFRESH film is the perfect solution to substitute pre-made shrinkable bags, increase packaging output and reduce cost of packaging.
Shrink barrier film could be processed on horizontal form-fill-seal machines such as ULMA Flow-Vac or ILAPAK Delta FloBag.
Cook-in-bag

Cook-in-bag are ideal suited for cooking, and further storage of products such as roasted meat, ham and smoked chicken.

- – high shrinkage rate of up to 35%;
- – excellent sealing properties, even on contaminated seal surfaces.
Vacuum bags

Vacuum packaging – is a method of preserving freshness (primary properties) of the product, which makes it possible to increase shelf life up to 5 times.
This is achieved due to:
- – removal of air from the package;
- – limitation of the growth of aerobic bacteria and fungi;
- – prevention of growth of microorganisms inside the package.

Thermoforming barrier films

Freshpack Solutions produces both thermoforming formable films and lid films which are used for product packaging using thermoforming method. This packaging method makes it possible to achieve optimum shelf life of meat and meat products.
